The clinical observation presents two rare cases of aberration of the celiac-mesenteric arterial basin. A feature of the observation is the detection of an aneurysm of an abnormally outgoing common hepatic artery, which, according to ultrasound, is defined as a mass. In the second case, the anomaly caused the development of the aorto-mesenteric "tweezers" of the left renal vein. Magnetic resonance and computed tomography with intravenous bolus enhancement revealed an anatomical feature that is rare in the population.
