Winter running is one of the extreme, but at the same time popular forms of physical activity among amateur athletes. However, training in northern climates can present certain difficulties, requiring athletes to pay special attention to breathing processes. In low temperatures, breathing becomes a key factor influencing the effectiveness of training and overall physical fitness. In this article, we will consider the features of breathing of athletes during running in the winter in the North, as well as methods and techniques that help optimize this process.
