Recently, the content of education has been updated and changing very quickly. In this case, the need for high-quality education for every student and the importance of modern teacher training come to the fore. As you know, professional development is part of the continuing education system. Continuing education is a mandatory component of the global education system. The teacher gets the opportunity to adapt to the requirements that arise as a result of changes in the socio-economic, informational environment of his professional activity. In this regard, this issue, first of all, requires regulation of work on professional development of teaching staff. Currently, in addition to special institutions, educational institutions are also working to improve the skills of teaching staff. This article examines the activities, differences and advantages of educational institutions and specialized educational institutions using the example of the southern region. Joint ways to improve professional development are being sought.
