The article examines the problems of eugenicist practices in the context of their prevalence in the modern world and their legal status. The de nition of the term is analyzed, the criteria of belonging to the methods of practices are highlighted. The regulatory and legal framework of the leading states has been studied, on the basis of which an overview of the main points of view on Eugenetic practices in the modern world has been made.
