The author has tried to point out the importance of the analysis and parallel contemplation of experiences in the process of reforming of legal systems in the field of work and working relationships which will be expected to happen in our country in the process of the European integrations as being in the position of the potential candidate for the membership. The exchange of mutual experiences can be a valuable source of support and solving possible unknowns, but also a basis for parallel contemplation and understanding of the process through which the countries closed to us, not only concerning a territory, but also some aspects of similar historical and social-political circumstances and neighboring connections, are supposed to be passing. In the paper work there is considered a report made and sent to the European commission by twelve countries last being joined to the European Union and there are given their conclusions referring to the evolution happened in the field of working law and working relationships.
