When considering this question, the normative method was used in the way of analyzing, first of all, the Regulation through which the Ministry of the EU has established and regulated this institute. There is given the EEIG conceptual arrangement, its establishment, registration and activity, the responsibility for obligations created in legal transactions, as well as the determination of the EEIG. Finally, there is provided an appropriate conclusion, which contains the results of the research including specific proposals.
