Factors determining raider takeaways

The work pays attention to the fact that such illegal acts as raider takeovers arecurrently considered to be significant threats to the state security of the Russian Federation.Identification of new measures and effective ways to counter raiding is one of the priority areas indomestic criminal law science. The existence of such a phenomenon as raider takeovers isdetermined by a whole complex of reasons inherent in crime in general and the illegal act directlyunder consideration. Among the factors, socio-economic, political, legal, organizational andmanagerial reasons are highlighted. The victimological factor is not unimportant. The article characterizes and describes the main factors that determine crimes associated with raider takeovers:socio-economic, political, legal, organizational and managerial. Current examples of judicialpractice are given, through which the factors determining raider takeovers are identified.Conclusions based on the results of the study are formulated, and the authors opinion on the issuecovered is given.
