The article explores individual profiles of lateral organization of brain activity and emotional “burnout” syndrome among instructors of higher educational institutions. The researchers reveal peculiarities of emotional “burnout” syndrome among higher school instructors with different types of laterality and reciprocal connection between individual type of laterality and the intensity of this syndrome.
