In this article, systematization of the factors influencing the formation of the personnel motivation system in the company. Factors that affect the motivation and stimulation of work of the personnel in the organization are divided into levels of formation and influence, as well as in content. Thus, the level of the formation of three levels identified: state, institutional and individual. According to the content identified: personal, economic, organizational and managerial factors of professional work and social characteristics of the work situation. A qualitative description of the factors in the category of substantial factors highlighted subspecies.
