Factors that determine the quality of life of the region 's human capital

The study focuses on the determining factors of quality of life human capital in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Human capital constitutes an essential factor in the economic growth of the country and regions. The quality of life of the population of the Republic of Bashkortostan can be assessed in the following groups of indicators: wages, income, expenses and household consumption, housing and utilities, social security, education, culture and recreation. For some indicators, the region has values higher than the national average (for example, the area of residential premises per person on average), for others - lower (for example, the wages of employees of certain types of economic activity). In General, the value of indicators of the quality of life of the population in the Republic of Bashkortostan has a positive trend over the years.
