Factors of corporate culture development in Russia and abroad

The article examines the factors of corporate culture development in Russian and foreign companies. It is determined that this concept is associated with the values and norms of the organization, which are accepted by employees on a professional and personal level, demonstrated by their behavior and communication. The main key features of foreign and Russian models of corporate cultures are highlighted. It is revealed that in foreign countries, the main method of increasing economic efficiency is the formation of employees' commitment to the company's values, norms of behavior, which generally reflects the scope of personnel management based on development, motivation, interaction and individualism. For modern Russian society, other features are more characteristic: the regulation of employee behavior, the priority of group needs and interests, the emphasis on individual decision-making. The application of a multi-level approach to the development of corporate culture, taking into account Russian realities, the methods of its implementation at the organizational, formal, value-motivational and informal levels are substantiated.
