To collect new sociological knowledge about factors of college youth attitude towards fertility using anonymous questionnaire, students of the Siberian state medical university were studied concerning their way of life, health and attitude towards fertility. By the results of students auto evaluation it is established that healthy lifestyle is led by 69% of students; general health was estimated as good by 52; 80% of respondents indicated an absence of reproductive system pathologies. The comparative analysis has shown a coincidence of medical students attitude towards fertility with the ideal (reference) one.
