Risk factors hematological toxicity and multiparameter analysis of the laboratory data peripheral blood in Hodgkin's disease (part 1): the statistic analysis

Russian Scientific Roentgen Radiological Center, Rosmedtechnology, Moscow The authors have formulated approaches for hematological toxicity of the laboratory data peripheral blood of new alternating chemotherapy regimens CEA/ABVD based on the results of treatment in 92 patients I - IV stages Hodgkin's disease. Authors specified the most important factors, among statistically significant, of hematological toxicity prognosis of chemotherapy regimens CEA/ABVD with administration of the cytostatic agents once in two weeks. The factor of hematological toxicity administration colony-stimulating factors was constructed.
