By results of treatment 278 adult patients with brain tumors high-grade glioma (3-4 grade) are investigated the remote results of treatment and determined the prognostic factors influencing efficiency of treatment. On our data, the application of a mode average fractionated radiotherapy does not worsen factors overall survival in comparison with a traditional fractionated mode. The received results expand opportunities of a average fractionated radiotherapy. Index Karnofsky less than 60 %, age more then 40 years and largest diameter of the tumor - 6 cm are most important and statistically significant the factors of poor prognoses, which can be used in the practical purposes.
