Stability factors of integrated corporate system

The article focuses on a problem of attainment and retention of economic stability by large corporations and their integrated groups in the contemporary context. The author differentiates two concepts of «corporation stability» and «corporate stability», establishes the functional elements, as well as objective and subjective factors of corporation economic stability. The author also reveals factors destabilizing business activity of domestic body corporate subjects.
