Factors that affect creative development of designer personality

The paper considers the problems of creative student personality development and special features of designer artistic activity when studying at the institute: intellectual and artistic abilities, creative initiative, endurance, clear focus on the objectives. The reviewed researches are targeted to the creative orientation of men and women with different communication and perception characteristics important for humanitarian institutions. Special focus is made on independent work and competition activities of the students, assimilation of state-of-the-art computer technologies in the process of education and professional activities.
