Falsification of evidence as a basis for reviewing a court case on newly discovered circumstances

Within the framework of the study, an attempt was made to characterize the falsification of evidence as one of the grounds legalized in the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, the revision of court decisions that have entered into force, due to newly discovered circumstances. Along with the general rules for taking into account the conditions for reviewing court decisions on newly discovered circumstances, the specifics of the application of the investigated grounds are outlined.
