Fundraising as a raising resources technology in the cultural sphere

The article is about a fundraising and its application in the cultural sphere. On theexample of cultural organizations of the US and Russia the raised sources of fundingand other resources are analyzed. The special attention is paid to the organizationalprocess of fundraising in the cultural sphere, definition of fundraising campaignat a cultural institution and, finally, the assessment of efficiency of fundraisingoutcomes.
