Pharmaco-toxicological assessment of the medicine "Akvasepto" on laboratory animals

Toxicological assessment of the new pharmacological medicine "Akvasepto" on the basis of the ionized silver of cattle developed for therapy of endometritis is presented in article. Researches of a clinical state, biochemical and morphological indicators of blood, and also patomorfological researches of internals of white rats have been conducted. Analyzing the obtained data, it has been established that medicine has no cumulative properties and is absolutely harmless to laboratory animals at acute and prolonged use. It gives the grounds for a further research of medicine in farm scale trial on live-stock animals.
