Pharmokinetic parameters of butophosphane drug

The article presents the results of studies on the pharmacokinetic parameters of butofosfan in the body of cats. Studies were performed on 2 groups of cats in the amount of 9 heads aged 2 to 5 years, without concomitant somatic diseases. Butofosfan was administered intramuscularly in doses of 1.5 and 2.5 mg / kg once. Calculation of pharmacokinetic parameters was performed within 200 hours. The maximum concentration of phosphorus is reached 4 days (100 hours) after drug administration. Further, there is a gradual decrease in the concentration of phosphorus.
