The article discusses the unique possibilities of the pedagogical University to create a system of content and activity support for the continuous professional development of teachers within the framework of the federal scientific and methodological center. The directions and ways of solving the problem of the formation of a personal trajectory of the teacher's professional development throughout the life cycle of the pedagogical profession are determined. A model of scientific and methodological support for teachers is presented, organically combining the capabilities of basic higher and additional vocational education and using the resources of the technological ecosystem of an educational organization.
