The phenomenon of Russian constitutionalism: historical and legal aspect

Бесплатный доступ

A comprehensive study of the constitutions and constitutional practice of the leading foreign powers allowed pre-revolutionary domestic jurists to identify a number of problems that arose in a state that took the path of constitutionalism, including the choice of the optimal constitutional form (dualistic or parliamentary), as well as the consolidation of fundamental constitutional principles in the basic law. The authors study the phenomenon of Russian constitutionalism and substantiate its relevance for modern Russia in the context of its relationship with democratic processes in the state and the constitutional system of modern Russia.
