The phenomenon of social loneliness in online learning culture

The article examines the problem of social loneliness in adolescents in the context of an increase in the percentage of online education. The phenomenon of social loneliness is investigated in various scientific and cultural interpretations. An attempt has been made to isolate the determinants of social and cultural processes. Particular attention is paid to the social effects of the culture of online learning. A sociocultural analysis of the possible consequences of social loneliness among adolescents is carried out. Based on the presentation and review of theories and concepts on this issue, the author emphasizes that the phenomenon of social loneliness caused by online learning is directly related to personality development. It can affect the socialization and individualization of a person negatively. In accordance with the socio-cultural approach, the entire process of such training takes place within the framework of the “life world", which is represented by events, phenomena that affect the individual's perception of himself and society.
