The article is devoted to a philosophical examination of creativity in the age of artificial intelligence (AI). It explores how generative neural networks challenge traditional conceptions of creativity as an exclusively human activity rooted in the unique agency of the subject-creator. The analysis traces the evolution of the concept of «creativity» in the history of philosophy – from its secularization to its ongoing transformation in the digital era – with particular attention to ensuing problems of authorship, authenticity, and meaning-making in AI-generated art. Employing a posthumanist framework and actor-network theory, the paper redefines creativity as a site of dialogue and sympoiesis, where binary oppositions dissolve and distributed agency emerges. The central thesis is that AI does not replace human creativity but rather transforms it into a collaborative space between the human and non-human, thereby paving the way for new hybrid forms of subjectivity and artistic expression.
