Philosophy HRM as understanding of management by people in the organization

The article substantiates the appeal to philosophy in understanding the management of people. The explication of philosophy - a tool for solving problems - is actualized in the highly competitive market of postindustrial society. The direction of applying philosophy to the management of people (HRM) is revealed through the prism of the basic functions of philosophy. The systemic character of HRM philosophy is emphasized.
