Philosophy of law and general theory of law: the problem of correlation

This scientific work examines the problem of correlation between the general theory of law and philosophy of law. Within the framework of the study, the views of scientists on this problem have been studied and analyzed. Also, the authors pay attention to the opinion of scientists regarding the status of the philosophy of law.
