Philosophical reflection of the environmental legal component of the educational process

The study deals with the environmental legal component of the educational process. The environmental and legal culture of society inevitably faces the worldview strategies of the personality which are reproduced and transformed within the philosophical branch of knowledge. Philosophical reflection is particularly productive in terms of production of meta-concepts as it provides new opportunities for the methodological and worldview support of the educational space. The focus of the research is on the basic imperatives of the educational process as a spiritual basis and the essential conditions for the implementation of the educational strategy. The authors propose using the term ‘environmental legal socialization management’ as a theoretical and methodological tool for transforming the environmental legal component of the educational process. The philosophical reflection is provided for the following concepts of the environmental legal component of the educational process: project, space of meanings, communication process, worldview of social and environmental reality. Each concept performs a specific function: the project is responsible for the future; the space of meanings produces new meanings; the communication process deals with mutual understanding; the worldview of social and environmental reality preserves the integrity of ideas. To create proper conditions for the most effective interaction of educational actors, one should consider the above-mentioned concepts’ functions. Ecological education and its environmental legal component acquire the qualitative characteristics of the integrative basis of the society’s worldview support, which is associated with the need to restructure the entire structure of society and change its development trends towards ecocentrism.
