Philosophical bases of problem of development of productive thinking

The article deals with the philosophical and psychological aspects of the creative (productive) thinking. The essential characteristics and principles of productive thinking in accordance with the gnoseological tradition of classical philosophy are identified. The approaches to the rational and the irrational knowledge in Russian and Western philosophy are disclosed.
