The article discusses the philosophical principles of understanding the essence of the educational process, which should be the basis of the model of the social institution of education. The authors marked out the ontological and social foundations of education, which serve as criteria of a proper image of the education process, and developed an existential approach to the essence of education and law for determined the objectivity of education. In accordance with comparing the real educational practice, highlights the contradictions proper and real education. In the article defines the mechanism of realization of the human being nature in the educational area. For the purpose of improvement of the Institute of education in Russia are revealed the methods of social control that promote the formation of productive social activity, responsibility, social initiative of young people. These include the establishment of socio-cultural environment that encourages the young man to search for real foundations of generic human nature, and also the conditions for the interiorization of a holistic value system of the young person, directions of development of pedagogical workers and others. The authors disclose the need to improve social status of teachers and lecturers, the importance of dominance in educational institutions the attitude of students in realizations of their creative individuality, meaningful conversion experience based on a holistic vision of the world, understanding their ability to transform and embody the image of general interest.
