Philosophical and theoretical concepts of the “public control” concept

The article discusses the idea of public control in the framework of the philosophical approach. Analysing the history of philosophic theories development, the author considers opinions of famous scholars about the necessity of public control. The basic philosophical and theoretical aspects of the “public control" concept are formulated.
