Financing of extremist and terrorist activities: theoretical characteristics and countermeasures

The purpose of the study is to obtain new criminological knowledge about the phenomenon of financing extremist and terrorist activities, as well as to develop measures aimed at countering these crimes. Research methods. In the course of the research, general scientific and private scientific methods of cognition were used: dialectical, systemic, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, abstraction, formal logical, systemic structural, statistical, concrete sociological (observation, content analysis, social media analysis, document study, survey, interviewing), cluster analysis (in the context of developing a typology of the criminal's personality).
