The analysis of the 4-element structure of the terrorism financing as an international crime is presented in the article. A complete and comprehensive analysis according to the submitted scheme would increase the influence of international criminal law on the concerned act including the stage of prevention. The article extends and systematizes the spectrum of contemporary views on scientific foundation of counteracting threat of terrorism financing.
