Financial security and its legal regulation: some new problems

The article analyzes legal regulation of financial security in modern conditions. New problems and latest tasks in this sphere are stated from the point of view of juridical science. The article gives information on modern assessment of challenges and new threats, which appear in the financial sphere. It specifies orienting points for neutralizing these threats. It proves the necessity of effective adaptation of the Russian state mechanism for the analyzed threats and challenges. At present, provision of financial security of a state comes to be an important task for many countries. This task becomes prioritized under conditions of the financial crisis for our country.
