The author in his article reveals the concept of financial responsibility. Studies the signs of financial responsibility as a measure to protect the property interests of the state. The author also comes to the conclusion that at present there is no single list of signs of financial responsibility in the scientific literature. The author gives different points of view, compares them with each other.
