Financial monitoring as a comprehensive institution in the system of Russian financial law

The author of this article suggests the reader to consider financial monitoring in terms of its correlation with the financial law system and puts it on a par with the "complex" financial law institutions - a special category of the financial law system, and subindustry of the financial law.
