This article examines the role of fitness apps in the lives of students who face high academic workload, stress, and lack of free time daily. The key advantages of using such digital technologies, including their accessibility, flexibility, and convenience, are considered. Special attention is paid to the impact of fitness apps on improving students' physical and mental health, reducing stress levels, increasing motivation and overall productivity. The article also analyzes the popular functions of modern sports applications.
