The phitocorrectoin of chronic toxic liver injury by means of biological active addiction "Baikalsky-7"

Under experimentalconditions it has been shown that the use of biological active addiction «Baikalsky-7» containing Calendula officinalis L., Rosa majalis Herrm., Grataegus sanguinea L, Inula helenium L, Helichrysum arenarium L., Glicyrrhiza glabra L., Mentha piperita L. while duration of chronic toxic hepatitis has reduced basic pathogenetic syndrome of liver injury: cytolysis, cholestasis and dysproteinemia. The hepatoprotective effect has developed on the background of correction the intensity of free radical processes, decrease the content of malondialdehyde and diene conjugate and increase of glutathione concentration, induction of catalase activation and superoxidedismutase in blood plasma.
