In this paper, we consider methodological recommendations for physical activity in self-isolation. Regular exercise is key to preventing and promoting the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, and cancer, as well as reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety, slowing down the decline in perception, processing, memorization, and storage and reproduction of information, improving memory, and promoting brain health. Thanks to the presented work, you will be able to learn not only about the consequences of coronavirus infection, but also get the necessary knowledge, thanks to which you can strengthen your immune system, thereby reducing the risk of the disease. Studies show that a low-activity lifestyle significantly worsens the state of health during the period of self-isolation, so physical activity becomes even more important in the life of every person.
