Physical culture as a way of adaptation of foreign students

This article examines the adaptive role of physical culture in the lives of students who came to Russia from abroad for education. The relevance and features of the problem of adaptation of foreign students, are analyzed. The significance of the physiological component of the adaptation process is revealed and justified. A special physical adaptation program was also developed, which contains the main recommendations for achieving greater efficiency in the adaptation process of foreign students.
