Physical education in Germany

The aim of the work is to study the peculiarities of physical culture in Germany. This article examines changes and innovations in the development of sports in Germany, identifies the contribution of philanthropy to the school curriculum of physical education, and also talks about popular sports at the present time and physical education in educational institutions. In the course of the work, the following methods were used: analysis of the received information, study of various sources of information, analysis. As a result of the research, an idea was obtained about the history of physical culture development in Germany and about popular sports in this country.
