Physical persons: concept, characteristics, categories

This article consecrates the general provisions of individuals as subjects of law. In the course of the work, various points of view of Soviet and modern lawyers were analyzed on the definition of the concept of “individuals”, and their characteristics were identified and various categories were systematized. This article seems relevant for modern national legislation, the information contained therein arouses scientific and theoretical interest for legal science, and also has great practical significance.
