Crystal plasticity theories and their applications to the description of inelastic deformations of materials. Рart 1: rigid-plastic and elastoplastic theories

Provides an overview of a wide class of plasticity theories, known as crystal plasticity theories, based on the wording of constitutive relations, hypotheses and the main postulates of which lies in the consideration of explicit mechanisms of deformation at the mesoand microscale levels. The first part of the review deals with the "classical" rigid-plastic and elastoplastic crystal theories, in particular - models such as the Taylor-Bishop-Hills and Lins models, as well as their modifications. Particular attention is given to "bottlenecks" reducible theories, their critical analysis and ways of solving problems that arise when they are used to describe the inelastic deformation of materials.
