Physical education of preschool children

Our work presents the methodological foundations of physical education of preschool children, as well as an analysis of the impact of physical activity on the mental state of the child. In the article we highlight the methods of physical education, its advantages for a person, the influence of physical culture on self - realization, and also pay attention to the tasks of physical education. The importance of hygiene as a component of physical education is indicated. Sports are considered in the context of gymnastic exercises that are fascinating for a preschooler, the complex of which is described in detail in the work, as well as the rules of gymnastics and its advantages are described, taking into account the characteristics of the child's body. The authors present a study of the influence of physical education on activity, initiative, general psychological health of the child and the relationship of children with parents.
