Physical education and spiritual balance - a contradiction or a single whole?

The problems of the research are determined by the urgency of the problem of the relationship between physical and spiritual and moral education. Today, the modern educational process requires various types of activities, the use of a variety of learning tools, as well as the use of new learning technologies. However, the concept of training is aimed not only at obtaining certain knowledge, but also at designing an active approach to education, education using various methods and tools of influence. Physical, spiritual, and moral education is a part of the educational and educational process aimed at the formation of motor skills, the achievement of physical perfection, and also contain unlimited opportunities for spiritual and moral, intellectual, labor, aesthetic education, for the harmonious development of the personality of the younger generation. The analysis of the content of the categories of physical and spiritualmoral, historicalphilosophical retrospective and pedagogical practice allowed us to draw the following conclusion: it is impossible to break the interaction of sociological and biological factors of human formation and development. The problem is to clarify the dialectics of the proportionality of social and biological in the human body on the basis of the disclosure of the impact of the first on the second.
