Physiological mechanisms of local immune response of the breast

Бесплатный доступ

Local antigenic stimulation is a promising method for the treatment and prevention of mastitis. However, despite the proven effectiveness of this technique, the physiological mechanism of the local immune response of the mammary gland has not yet been studied in sufficient detail. In this study, we reveal some of the mechanisms of the implementation of the local immune response of the mammary gland using the example of an experimental model of lactating mice. The study studied the effect of staphylococcal vaccine on the quantitative parameters of antigen-presenting macrophage cells in the mammary gland and the concentration of immunoglobulins in the blood of lactating mice.
