Physical education and sports in the life of youth of the XX and XXI centuries

This article studies the influence of physical culture and an active lifestyle on human health and the need to form young people's interest in sports and physical culture. The analysis of historical literature on the development of sports from the post-war period to the present day is carried out. The analysis of the accessibility of sports in the USSR and the Russian Federation is carried out, and also, through a survey, the influence of accessibility on the interest of Soviet and Russian youth in sports is determined.
