Formalization of the processes of rendering services to the JSC Gazprom gas distribution Belgorod by means of knowledge representation

This article is devoted to a review of such models of representation of knowledge like semantic networks. The provided research allows to prove that the usage of semantic networks in the organizations that works at manufacturing enterprises significantly optimizes internal processes and keeps to effective achievement of the tasks set.
