Formal aspect of statements of the accused (in terms of procedural actions)

The research conducted by the author of this article deals with the formal side of the statement of the accused in the context of investigative and judicial investigative actions. As a result of the studies, the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary and possible for a law enforcement officer to obtain such statement in the course of any investigative and judicial investigative actions, but in compliance with a certain «minimum standard». This possibility should be specifically provided for in current legislation.
