Formation of the value of a healthy lifestyle among cadets of educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia

The article discusses the features of developing a healthy lifestyle among cadets of educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. Service activities in departmental universities of the Federal Penitentiary Service presuppose the comprehensive development of the individual, contributing to the formation of personal qualities and service-applied skills. In the conditions of accompanying a special contingent, requirements are imposed aimed at developing physical qualities. To achieve this, it is proposed to use physical education, inviting speakers, appropriate gym equipment, and attention to proper nutrition. The effectiveness of physical education will be achieved through the adoption of the values of physical culture, the formation of the cadet’s personality, taking into account his attitudes and values, and motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle.
