The article deals with the problem of forming value attitudes to professional achievements as the basis for the future maximum professional and personal development of students in a university. The success of professional activity consists of the desire for self-improvement, adequate self-evaluation and development of the value and motivational sphere. Setting the relation to activities students determine the state of readiness in the form of a high level of development of various personality processes and ensure a stable purposeful character of the course of activity. The formed value system for achievements determines the successful performance of professional activities. The formation of such an installation implies the development of its three components: cognitive, affective and behavioral. The article proposes the model of the process of forming a value system for achievements in the future profession in the institution of higher education. The article defines a set of psychological and pedagogical conditions, ensuring the effectiveness of the implementation of the developed model.
